What is the cost of shipping?
There is a flat fee shipping cost associated with the purchase of each print book. If you would like to purchase five print books or more, please contact us directly.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
At this time, we only ship print book orders within the United States. If you would like to place a book order and have it delivered outside of the United States, please contact us directly for shipping cost. Certain items (t-shirts and mugs) are fulfilled via SunFrog and they ship to most countries around the world.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order is received, we will provide you with an estimated shipping date. When the order is processed, we will email you a tracking number so that you can monitor your package.
What is included in the eBook order?
Upon purchasing an eBook, you will receive a .zip file that contains the following eBook formats: ePub, .mobi, and PDF.
Where is my eBook?
Why am I not able to open the book file?
There are three eBook files included with your purchase. These are placed in a .zip file. Please open this file on a device that allows you to do so, and transfer the correct eBook file to the device of your choice.
How do I load the eBook onto my Kindle?
You will need to upload the .mobi file onto your Kindle. You may do this by a direct file transfer from your computer to your device. Or you can email the file to your Kindle’s email address.
What if I don't have an eBook reader?
Each .zip file contains a PDF (Portable Document File) version of the eBook. This allows you to read the eBook on your computer or mobile device. Also, retailers like Amazon and Barnes & Noble offer free reading apps you can easily download on any device.
I'm having trouble opening the eBook file.
If you are unable to open the eBook file or there is a problem with the eBook file, please contact us. We are here to help and will do what we can to make sure you are able to enjoy your new read.
Can I return a book order I placed?
No. All orders, once fulfilled and shipped, are non-refundable. If your order has not yet been placed, you may be issued a refund.
Can I get a refund for an eBook I purchased?
Refunds will not be issued for eBooks purchased. In the event that you are unable to open the eBook file, and you have contacted us for assistance in resolving this issue, but we were not able to provide you with a resolution, you will be issued a refund.
What payment method may I use to place an order?
All payments are submitted via PayPal. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to make your payment. You do not need to have a PayPal account to place an order – you can process your payment as a guest. PayPal accepts all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
